This retreat is about remembering and connecting to the fire, heart and wisdom of your inner "shakti sage" and creating how you will unleash her into the world!
You will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in daily integrated yoga and guided contemplation sessions.
- Have lots of free time for reading, relaxing, going to the beach for swimming and sun.
- Relax with a massage and participate in some adventurous "add on" activities such as horse back riding, snorkeling, kayaking, hang gliding and a boat trip to the Mariete Islets!
- Experience the quaint and unique pueblo of Yelapa.
- Be nourished with wonderful food, lots of relaxing and meditation.
Retreat price will range from about $985-$1,167/per person, depending on the type of room you wish to reserve. Retreat price includes:
- Brunch daily and 3 dinners
- Six nights accommodation at Casa Milagros - House of Miracles, www.casamilagros.net
- A pre-retreat group "intro" session.
- 6 morning integrated yoga and guided contemplation sessions with Beth and Zoey, designed to strengthen your mind/body connection and connect with your shakti sage (no previous yoga experience required)
- 3 afternoon restorative yoga sessions designed to relax, renew and refresh.
(Does not include "add on" activities, 4 dinners, alcoholic beverages, transfers, airfare, cancellation insurance or medical insurance).

. Note that the village of Yelapa is hilly and there are no vehicles, so one needs to be able and willing to do alot of walking and stairs!
