Victoria, BC - Transitioning into Adulthood - upcoming conference co-sponsored by the WHRN

The Women's Health Research Network invites you to participate in the upcoming workshop Transitioning into Adulthood: Theory, Research, Practice and Policy

The conference will feature speakers from Canada, the United States and New Zealand and will focus on the key issues in making healthy transitions to adulthood; the influence of location, culture and family and how gender impacts transitions. There will be an opportunity for discussion and input from audience members. Roundtable discussions will be the focus of our afternoon on the 26th. Financial support for travel may be available through the WHRN and the BC Child & Health Research Network. The University of Victoria Centre for Youth & Society is providing additional financial support for related costs. A travel subsidy is also available to WHRN members.
